- Melissa Monosoff – former sommelier of the Fountain at the Philadelphia Four Seasons Hotel, named among Wine & Spirits Magazine’s “Top Young Sommeliers” in 2004. Based in Philadelphia.
- Lauren Bernardini – former sommelier of Philadelphia’s Striped Bass restaurant, recognized by Food & Wine Magazine among the “Top 10 New Wine Lists” in 2005. Based in San Francisco.
- Olivia Boru – sommelier of Cinghiale and Charleston restaurants. Based in Baltimore.
